my contributions to the craze: birds & blossoms

The top picture is an 8 x 10 art piece I finished a few nights ago
and
the bird album is a custom order to be used as a wedding album.

I'm in the process of finishing many, and I'm talking boat loads of books and albums. You should see the extra bedroom right now. It looks like a plane crash landed in there. Book making necessitates a big fat mess for me. Paper and bookcloth strewn everywhere, ribbons displayed, glue brushes in the sink, scrap paper all over {my husband really enjoys this, wink.wink.} Because of this...I like to produce more than one book. This mess deserves to create more than one book. That probably means I'll be adding them to the shop in the very near future. I'll keep posting some images of them...I think you will all enjoy some of the papers covering these books...gold fish, birds, maps and an amazing bright blue floral chiyogami.
